Featured Services
- Wellness ExamsYour pet can benefit greatly from regular wellness examinations or checkups. Whether your pet is a youngster, a “senior citizen,” or any age in between, wellness examinations provide an excellent opportunity for us to conduct a thorough physical examination and develop a health profile for your pet. This information will help us identify medical problems
- Dental CareDespite what many pet owners may believe, “dog breath” is not just a nuisance – it’s a sign of an unhealthy mouth. Bad breath is caused by bacteria. Over time, bacteria leads to plaque and tartar buildup on your pet’s teeth. The result is bad breath, reddened gums, and other common signs of dental disease.
- VaccinationsPets today can live longer, healthier lives than ever before—in part because of vaccines that help protect them from deadly infectious diseases. Over the years, vaccines against dangerous diseases have saved millions of pets and virtually eliminated some fatal diseases that were once common. Unfortunately, many infectious diseases still pose a significant threat to dogs

I have been with these amazing folks for 15 years. From routine care, snake bites, new puppies, allergies, palliative care, and most recently our new addition, Sage, I can't say enough about their caring and genuine attitude they have shown our pets ( and us). Each and every one of the staff has made us feel "at home" and been there for us through both good and sad. Always with a smile and a hug. Even in these crazy times, I have to say that they have gone above and beyond to make the visits (curbside drop off) as easy as possible. Never rushing and taking the time to listen (and I can talk a lot!). Dr. Cahoon , all the doctors, and staff, thank you for everything you do for us, it is appreciated and more cookies to come:)Liz W.

I LOVE the Veterinary Healing Center of EDH!! They were the kindest most loving staff with my elder dog Lexi who passed away 2.5 years ago. They were emotional supportive and Dr. Erin McKerney was so loving with Lexi and me. She even called a month after Lexi passed to see how I was. They remember who you and your dog when you run into them outside of the office. I just got a new puppy and there is no other veterinary center I would want to take my little precious fur baby too! Thank you for making her first exam easy for her 💜🐶Melissa Risdon
